Seasonal Rates Rates are based on one to two person occupancy. All sites are full hook-up. Electric, water and sewer provided. Subject to electrical metering. 4 Months* $900 per month $500 deposit 3 Months $1,089 per month $350 deposit 1-2 Months $1,112 per month $350 deposit Weekly $295 per week $100 deposit Daily $48 per day $48 deposit

Deposits will be accepted by credit cards, the remainder of balance for stays 2 months or longer will be paid by check, Money Order, Taveler's Check or Cash.

All seasonal monthly rates are based on 30 days except February.

*4 month rate only for occupancy Jan 1 to May 1.

The office assigns sites.
Sites are guaranteed for the period paid only.

Special Rates - April 1 to December 1: $515 per month, $200 deposit

Summer Rates - May 1 to September 30: $35 per day

NO REFUNDS, on or after arrival.

Cancellations require a 30 day notice and a $100 cancellation fee will be charged.
If cancellation is less than 30 days, the entire deposit will be forfeited.

 

Three or four month rate cannot be combined with any other offers or discounts.

 

Extra person charge $5 per day, $16 per week, $48 per month

Check Out Time is 11:00 a.m.
